Products

inXsol builds simulation, readiness and learning-engineering products for training organizations, first responders and hazardous materials workers. As a Small Business Innovation and Research (SBIR) multi-awardee, inXsol developed several of them with SBIR funding.

HazReady

HazReady is inXsol’s blended learning platform of online group simulations for Hazardous Waste Worker / Emergency Responder Health and Safety Training. It includes assessment tools, authorable simulation scenarios, content templates and instructor workflow tools.

With HazReady, training organizations let individuals attain more experience in multiple roles at typical incidents and work sites – repetition and engagement enhances learning and retention. HazReady increases access to innovative training for the worker population and better positions training organizations to serve their clients with relevant simulation scenarios.

HazReady was developed with NIEHS SBIR funding and has been used by training organizations including the P2R Academy at the UTHealth School of Public Health and SEAMIST.

CommandPlan

CommandPlan is focused on the use of scenario-based simulation training enabling learners to develop and practice identification, response, coordination, and communication skills in individual, team, or facilitated training sessions. The product can also support the use of collaborative tools as a conduit for the design and delivery of new scenarios that can readily be scripted to support emerging or local needs. For this project, the training scenarios have been created using an existing low-cost computer-based simulation tool developed by inXsol.

ExposureTrack™

ExposureTrack is now live!

With the COVID Pandemic, inXsol assisted a local business to make sense of Google Location history. The Contact Tracing tool is now live at www.exposuretrack.com.

ExposureTrack™ is an early-stage development project funded by the NIH. ExposureTrack™ can provide alternative support for the Emergency Responder Health Monitoring and Surveillance (ERHMS) can supplement ERHMS adoption through a bottom-up deployment strategy. inXsol prototyped, demonstrated and evaluated ExposureTrack™ as a flexible device agnostic tool equipping individual response workers with a personal health tracking, biosensor integration, and surveillance service. This project has the potential to create a significant opportunity for a hazardous worker training community to help increase the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and context of training.

TLA Toolbox

Tools to manage competencies and xAPI Profiles: IEEE Sharable Competency Definitions, an xAPI Profile Editor, Rubric Assertion Profiles and SI-powered generation.

HST Copilot

An agentic SI pipeline for health and safety training delivery, assessment and credentialing, developed under an NIH/NIEHS SBIR Phase I grant.

Read more about HST Copilot or visit hstcopilot.com.

xAPI IRL

xAPI IRL (In Real Life) captures live, unscripted human interactions and turns them into standards-based xAPI statements, automatically matched against xAPI Profiles, Shareable Competency Definitions and Learning Metadata terms. When existing frameworks don’t cover what it hears, it extends them or scaffolds new competency structures.

HandSignalTraining

HandSignalTraining teaches ASME B30.5 crane and forklift hand signals using your webcam, aligned to OSHA standards. Real-time SI pose tracking scores your form as you practice, with knowledge quizzes and certificates of completion that can be verified online. All webcam processing happens locally in your browser, and it is free to use.

LEED Tracker

LEED Tracker (Learning Engineering Evidence & Decision Tracker) is a multi-tenant platform for learning engineering teams to document, justify and iterate on design decisions throughout the lifecycle of educational projects. It is based on the LEED tracker methodology developed by Totino & Kessler.

TLAtests

TLAtests is a multi-tenant xAPI LRS and cmi5 conformance testing platform. It runs the ADL LRS Conformance Test Suite (v1.1.1) against your Learning Record Store with no local setup, tests cmi5 course packages with CATAPULT, and explains failures with SI-powered analysis and suggested fixes. It is free to use and complements TLA Toolbox.

45MM Lounge

45MM Lounge (Forty Five Minute Mentor) is a community platform for mentorship and collaborative tech discovery. Members offer or request 45-minute 1:1 mentoring sessions with no platform fees: mentors set their own rates and keep 100%. Always-on Coffee Shop rooms support body doubling, co-working, networking and free 30-minute Show & Tell demos, scheduled Learning Sessions bring people together to explore tools, and the Tool Journal collects community reviews.
